Sarah Helen Luse, 97, Crawfordsville, died at 12:15 a.m. at the Carmen Nursing Home. Born in Montgomery County Oct 17, 1890, she was the daughter of Foster A. and Mary (Smith) Fletcher. She is survived by a stepdaughter, Wilma Affolder of Vincennes. Her first husband, Jon Barton and second husband, Emery D. Luse, six sisters (including her twin sister, Mary Frances) and five brothers are deceased. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Crawfordsville. The funeral will be at 1 pm. Monday at the Powers Funeral Home in Crawfordsville, the Rev. Ken Mattox officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Crawfordsville. – kbz
